BRIDGE RECTIFIER KBPC5010 1000V 50A

The KBPC5010 is a single-phase silicon bridge rectifier designed to convert alternating current into direct current through full-wave rectification. Its square-format construction with 4 x 6.3mm Faston terminals makes connection easier in power assemblies, power supplies, chargers, industrial equipment, automation systems, electrical panels, control systems, AC/DC converters and applications requiring robust and reliable rectification.

This reference offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified current of 50A, making it suitable for medium and high-power circuits. Its metal case helps improve heat dissipation and allows mounting by means of a central screw, making it easier to fix to a chassis or heatsink when required by the application. It can be mounted in any position, features an electrically isolated base up to 2000V and offers a low forward voltage drop, important characteristics for improving efficiency and installation safety.

The KBPC5010 bridge rectifier internally integrates four diodes in a bridge configuration, allowing a DC output to be obtained from a single-phase AC input using one compact component. Its ability to withstand inrush current peaks makes it especially useful in power supplies with filter capacitors, transformers, power electronic equipment, battery chargers, drives, industrial rectifiers and systems where high transients may occur during connection.

Thanks to its compact format, high blocking voltage and good current capacity, the KBPC5010 50A 1000V is a practical solution for AC/DC rectification stages that require reliability, good thermal dissipation and quick connection via Faston terminals.
