TOOLLESS RJ45 CAT 5 UTP MALE CONNECTOR

RJ45 Cat 5e UTP male connector designed to provide fast and reliable terminations on network cables without the need for a crimping tool or other special tools. Its tool-free pressure-fit assembly system allows the conductors to be placed into the color-coded internal guides and the housing to be closed to complete the connection, making it suitable for both Ethernet cable assembly and the on-site repair of damaged connectors.

The internal color coding follows the T568A and T568B wiring schemes, helping to arrange the eight conductors correctly and reducing the risk of installation errors. It is compatible with round network cables up to 5.3 mm in outer diameter and with 24 to 26 AWG solid or stranded conductors, making it suitable for different types of Cat 5e UTP cable.

Its RJ45 8P8C configuration and straight orientation allow it to be connected to routers, switches, computers, patch panels, access points, IP cameras and other devices equipped with an Ethernet port. The gold-plated contacts help ensure stable signal transmission, while the housing includes an integrated strain-relief system that helps secure the cable and protect the conductors against pulling, bending and repeated movement.

The removable housing makes it easier to inspect and position each wire before final closure. Its construction, featuring a polycarbonate body, flame-retardant PBT insert, internal FR-4 board and phosphor-bronze contacts, provides a compact and durable solution for domestic, commercial, IT and telecommunications network installations.
