I-134 CEBEK 230V DELAY TIMER 2 TO 45 MINUTES

The Cebek I-134 is a delay timer powered directly from 230V AC, designed to automatically control the switching of electrical loads through a sequence consisting of an initial delay followed by an operating period. It is particularly suitable for automation systems, electrical control panels, lighting systems, ventilation, signaling, small machinery, and other applications where the activation of a device needs to be delayed and then maintained for a specific period of time.

Its operation is based on two independent timing periods. When the start command is received, the circuit first begins the delay period, keeping the output switched off. Once this period has elapsed, the output relay is activated and the operating time begins. When this second interval ends, the output automatically returns to its standby state. Both the delay time and the operating time can be adjusted independently using the two built-in potentiometers.

The adjustment range of the I-134 is approximately 2 to 45 minutes for each of the two timing periods, allowing very different operating cycles to be configured depending on the requirements of the installation.

Activation can be carried out by means of a push button or contact closure, which is the standard configuration, or automatically when power is applied. To use voltage-triggered start, jumper J3 must be bridged, so that every time power is supplied to the module, the timing sequence starts automatically.

The output is provided by an SPDT changeover relay with common, normally open, and normally closed terminals. This allows the module to be used either to switch on a load once the delay period has ended or to perform the opposite function using the NC contact. The maximum load is 5A.

The module also incorporates an operating indicator LED, which remains lit while the output is active, screw terminals for easy wiring, and connectors that allow the built-in potentiometers to be replaced by external ones. For this remote installation, 2M2 Ohm linear potentiometers must be used and connected to points J1 and J2.

Thanks to its direct mains supply, wide timing range, and independent delay and operating times, this 230V timer is suitable for start-up delays, motor and fan automation, timed lighting, warning systems, machinery, pumps, electrical panels, and control sequences where a waiting period is required before powering a load for a limited period of time.
