DC2C-A1LB IP67 LEVER LIMIT SWITCH

Subminiature electromechanical limit switch designed to detect the position, presence or end of travel of moving parts in machinery, household appliances, automation systems and electrical equipment. Its snap-action mechanism ensures precise and repeatable switching, even when the actuating element moves slowly.

It features a straight metal lever that allows the switch to be actuated over a wider contact area and with less force than a direct plunger. The lever progressively transfers movement to the internal mechanism, making it suitable for contact with cams, doors, covers, guides, brackets and other moving components.

The SPDT changeover contact configuration allows it to be used as either a normally open or normally closed contact. When the lever is pressed, the common terminal switches instantly from one output to the other, making it suitable for detection, signalling, position control and the direct switching of compatible electrical loads.

Its sealed housing protects the internal mechanism against dust and water ingress, while its compact design makes installation easier in confined spaces. The internal spring system provides high contact stability and a minimum mechanical life of one million operations.

Thanks to its switching capacity of up to 10A at 250 V AC, its resistance to high temperatures and the low operating force required, it is suitable for household appliances, HVAC systems, actuators, vending machines, door and cover controls, safety mechanisms and industrial automation applications.
