4188NXM EBM-PAPST FAN 120x120x38mm 48V DC

The EBM-PAPST 4188NXM axial fan is designed to provide powerful, stable and continuous forced-air cooling in electronic equipment, electrical cabinets, power supplies, converters, telecommunications systems, industrial machinery and automation equipment. It operates at a nominal voltage of 48V DC and supports a wide operating voltage range from 36 to 60V DC, facilitating its integration into industrial installations.

With dimensions of 119x119x38mm, it reaches a nominal speed of 2,800rpm and generates a maximum airflow of 148m³/h, equivalent to approximately 87.1CFM. Its performance curve maintains good efficiency against back pressure and enables a maximum static pressure of 80Pa, making it suitable for cooling equipment fitted with grilles, filters, heat sinks or ducts that partially restrict airflow.

The fully integrated electronically commutated motor has a nominal power consumption of only 3.5W. It incorporates reverse-polarity and locked-rotor protection with automatic restart, helping to prevent damage if the impeller becomes blocked. Its ball bearings provide an L10 service life of up to 85,000 hours at 40°C, making it suitable for applications that require extended operation.

Its aluminum frame provides mechanical rigidity and helps dissipate heat, while the fiberglass-reinforced polyamide impeller combines low weight with high strength. It can be installed in any position and features Faston terminals for a quick and secure electrical connection.
