HT214 FLAT CABLE CRIMPING TOOL

The HT-214 is a professional crimping tool for flat ribbon cables and IDC connectors, designed to deliver precise, uniform, and reliable crimps in electronics, computing, automation, and cable assembly applications. It is the ideal tool for technicians, installers, and manufacturers working with PC accessory IDC connectors and multi-core flat cables.

This crimping tool is specifically designed for Sub-D flat cable connectors and IDC connectors of the 26, 28, 29, and 30 series, supporting both male headers and female connectors. It features an adjustable crimping distance from 6 to 27 mm, providing excellent versatility for different cable widths and connector heights. The maximum connector height is 24 mm, covering most standard flat cable applications.

The HT-214 includes an interchangeable IDC attachment, enabling proper insulation displacement crimping without damaging the conductors. Its structure is made of hardened low-carbon steel with a black oxide finish for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance, while the attachment is manufactured from high-strength ABS.

Thanks to its robust, ergonomic, and multi-purpose design, this crimping tool allows for high-precision repetitive assemblies, reducing errors and improving productivity in assembly lines, laboratories, electronic workshops, and industrial environments.
